Srushti deshmukh, in her third year in engineering is already beginning preparation for UPSC. Following her graduation, she was unsure whether or not she'd find satisfaction in a engineering job. In the following years, she realized that the dream of her was to work in civil service and decided to pursue it. The parents urged her to become civil servants and seek a job in the public service. She focused her energy on being an IAS officer. In order for UPSC to be a reality the hard work of a lifetime is needed. The student also studied for UPSC examinations while doing her engineering studies. She set aside time for exam preparation every day. She got ready for engineering tests in only 1 1/2 months and avoided social life as well as social media altogether. Focus is crucial for her to pass this exam. She wants to become a civil servant. She wanted to pass through the exam quickly, so she did a lot of hours. Every day, she reads newspapers in order to be informed of all the latest information. She also got a lot of support online by collecting various study materials and taking in Rajya Sabha TV. IAS Srushti Deskmukh IAS Srushti Deskmukh published a follow-up publication titled The Answer Writing manual. Every library across the nation contains the book. It is an excellent book for IAS candidates who are preparing rigorously to take the exam.
