Anna Silk
Anna Silk (born January 31 1974) is a Canadian actress who is most well-known for her character Bo from the Showcase TV show Lost Girl. Silk was raised in Fredericton New Brunswick Canada. Ilkay Silk as well as Peter Silk are the fathers of Silk. Ilkay is a playwright as well as director, and she teaches drama at St. Thomas University. Her father is British and her mother a Turkish-Cypriot-English expat. Anna remembers her very first memory of playing rehearsals together with her mother. Silk produced a number of commercials when she was still in the midst of her childhood. She earned a Bachelor's degree in Arts from St. Thomas University in 1997. Theatre St. Thomas has produced two shows during the beginning of her career: Seven Menus and The Kitchen. Silk relocated to Toronto for further development of her acting career in November 1999, and during the decade that followed, she relocated in the following decade to Los Angeles California. She met her new spouse, Seth Cooperman, at an actor's training located in Los Angeles in 2007. They got married in 2009, and were married at a civil wedding ceremony in December of the same year. Following her conversion to Judaism, they renew their vows in the Jewish ceremony on April 10, 2011 in Fredericton. Silk Cooperman had her first child Samuel Jerome Cooperman May 2013 Levi Aaron was her second born baby on May 13, 2016. Silk's television work has included her part in Being Erica as Cassidy Holland in which she was awarded the Gemini Awards nod in 2009. The Canadian show Lost Girl cast her as Bo Dennis, the lead character from the succubus. Silk announced to her fans that she was expecting a baby in January 2013 at a Showcase Season Three Special. Silk posted on Twitter on the 20th of June, 2013 that the production was set to begin on Season 4. The 4th of June, 2013 Showcase and Prodigy Pictures confirmed the start of Production for Season 4, which will air in the fourth season. CNN Cable News Network named Bo together with Lauren Zoie Palmer as the same-sex couple on Lost Girl to be one of its favorite TV Couples of all time. E! Magazine declared that they were the top TV Couples of 2013. Entertainment Television. As a result of Silk's popularity Silk has earned a significant presence on social media.
